Credit Administration Lead

Downtown Tanjong Pagar, Singapore GMP Group HQ Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, vet, and review facility letters, agreements, and security documents.
  • Ensure completeness, validity, and enforceability of executed loan documentation.
  • Review and release system transactions related to facility limits, rates, collateral, and expiry dates.
  • Safekeep original security documents and monitor property valuations and insurance coverage.
  • Prepare credit-related reports (e.g. documentation status, covenant and collateral monitoring) for management and Loan Committee.
  • Supervise junior staff and provide guidance in maintaining accurate credit and collateral records.
  • Oversee administrative tasks for syndicated loans and act as point of contact between lenders and borrowers.
  • Perform Head's duties during absences and support ad-hoc reporting or audit requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of credit administration experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, collateral management, and compliance requirements.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
