**What the day will look like**
- To develop Structured &Trade Credit, Political Risk and Surety in Asia, delivering/exceeding the agreed revenue targets across the Credit Solutions business.
- To support the broking effort for Credit Solutions, including insurer placement support, strategy and engagement.
- To structure and place with insurers, credit and political risk solutions for corporations, traders and financial institutions across multiple finance asset classes (including trade finance, export, commodity and project finance transactions).
- Research and due diligence in broking support on relevant Obligor, Borrower, Sovereign country of risk in the delivery of leading broking services to our client base.
- Close collaboration with Asia head of credit analytics to provide credit analysis as required by the business to support strategic broking efforts.
- To develop new leads/opportunities from clients and future clients, working in collaboration with Credit Solutions Head of Growth and team, Country Sales and Solution Line Leaders/colleagues to deliver our Credit Solutions working capital value proposition to clients across the region.
- To support the development of Aon United across Aon solutions lines.
- To nurture and develop talent in the team, sharing experience and helping to develop and support other regional team members.
- To develop proficiency in the Aon customer relationship management, support Structured Growth team to maintain an accurate and up to date record of all pipeline and closed won business on Aon’s pipeline reporting tool(s) (Aon Connect) and the tracking of regional business development activity.
- To manage the day to day relationships with end clients, associated third parties and Aon colleagues/offices, including client service on insurance placements.
- To follow the objectives set out in agreement with your manager, aligned with the Aon United Blueprint and the Aon Impact Model.

- Degree of a relevant discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cultural fit - ability to forge strong relationships with country and specialty colleagues as well as clients and insurers
- Sensitivity to and awareness of cultural differences and able to assimilate accordingly
