Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Night Shift) to join their team
About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in hyper pure silicon wafers, powering the semiconductor industry. With state-of-the-art facilities in Singapore, we're committed to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead and inspire: Guide a team of line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, ensuring quality, productivity, and yield.
  • Ensure safety and efficiency: Oversee the planning of manpower and consumables, and ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.
  • Drive improvement: Implement training and coaching programs to enhance team performance and prevent human errors.
  • Collaborate and support: Work closely with other departments to support projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities.
Who are they looking for?
  • Engineering background: A degree in Engineering, Science, or Production is preferred, with experience in high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Commitment to shifts: Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts, shift pattern
Other Information:
  • Working Hours: 8pm-8am, shift work
  • Location: Tampines Singapore
  • Company transport pick up at Jurong/ Hougang/ AMK/ Woodlands
  • Salary: Basic $3600 - $4800, night shift allowance $30 per day, with AWS
