We are seeking an Application Engineer for our client in the industrial manufacturing sector. This role is critical to supporting their global customer base and driving international business growth. We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and high-potential fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support the sales team in nurturing and expanding JL Tech's international customer base through strategic planning and execution.

• Lead planning and basic design efforts, coordinating the integration of machinery and equipment into manufacturing processes.

• Develop equipment specifications, performance requirements, and cost analyses.

• Oversee machine and equipment installation to ensure alignment with technical specifications.

• Conduct product testing, assess performance, and determine maintenance needs, safety procedures, and service schedules.

• Develop and deliver training programs, presentations, and technical demonstrations to customers, distributors, and internal teams.

• Travel domestically and internationally to meet customers and visit project sites.

Candidate Profile:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical fields.

• For Experienced Candidates: Minimum 2 years of industrial experience, preferably with exposure to metal manufacturing processes such as metallurgy, process engineering, quality engineering, or casting design. Ability to use 3D CAD software is highly valued.

• For Fresh Graduates: High-achieving fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome. A structured 3-month training program will be provided. Please note that the offered salary will differ from the full package allocated for experienced hires.

• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills.

• Passion for the metallurgy and industrial manufacturing sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with 3D CAD tools.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
