- Position Title**:NPI Engineer / Product Engineer**:

- Working Location: Changi North
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $4,000 + Bonus**:

- Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,000
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
- Work closely with the customer and respective internal stakeholders to ensure the project is in schedule and on track
- Creation, updates and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Characterize and optimize processes to meet the final product quality, yield, and reliability
- Provide engineering support for all activities in the product development process.
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations.
- Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with production and ensure good quality products.
- Assist in the transition of design prototypes into cost-efficient and high volume products.
- Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines.
- Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in precision machining environment will be preferred
- Knowledge of setting up new manufacturing tooling and processes is preferred.
