Senior Programme Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Programme Planning & Delivery

2. Plan, organise, and implement caregiver outreach programmes, workshops, and community engagement sessions.

3. Collaborate with caregivers, volunteers, partners, and professionals to co-create meaningful and practical programmes.

4. Ensure sessions are interactive, impactful, and aligned with the goals of the It Takes a Village initiative.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, community partners, and volunteers.

7. Serve as the main point of contact for participants, addressing inquiries and providing support.

8. Recruit and support caregivers and organisations to join the caregiver support network and lead support groups.

9. Monitoring & Evaluation

10. Track participation, attendance, and feedback to assess programme effectiveness.

11. Prepare reports on outreach outcomes and programme impact.

12. Contribute to continuous improvement of programme design based on feedback.

13. Operational & Administrative Support

14. Coordinate logistics, venues, and materials for outreach sessions.

15. Manage programme records, participant databases, and volunteer assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Community Development, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in community development, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with community engagement platforms

Working Hours

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:

2.5 days per week

• Mondays to Tuesdays (8:00 am to 5:15 pm)
• Fridays (8:00 am to 12:15 pm)
