Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to the following :

  • Manage the recruitment process including work pass administration
  • Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding of Employee
  • Assist in updating of Employee Handbook
  • Manage payroll, benefits and leave administration
  • Assist in performance management
  • Recruitment advertisement & liaise with employment agencies
  • Internship management
  • Assist in Employee counselling and disciplinary action
  • Manage Employees GHS & WIC insurance
  • Arrange for Staff Medical Check-up
  • Employee Appraisal – probation, yearly
  • Email account application & set up email for new staff
  • Update and maintain E-portal for leave applications
  • Application for approval on recruitment and courses etc. to Head Office
  • Arrangement of company-sponsored courses
  • Arrangement of internal & external trainer (if any)
  • Maintenance of ISO training records

Admin duties, including but not limited to the following :-

  • Assist in Lease agreements
  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Assist in quarterly project records & tender reports to Head Office
  • Assist in certification renewal to Associations and Government Bodies
  • Assist Managing Director in management admin work
  • Arrangement of hampers/sponsorship to clients
  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage Company's rental car

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • With 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
