We are partnering with an IT company, seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Administrator. This crucial role provides essential coordination and administrative support to maintain strong customer and team relationships.
Job Details- Working Hours: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Location: Kaki Bukit.
- Benefits: Annual Leave, Medical Benefits, Staff Insurance.
Service Coordination & Scheduling:
Perform the preparation and coordination of IT Engineers' schedules for on-site, outsourced, in-house projects, and backfills on a daily basis.
- Liaise closely with the Sales Department & IT Department on all after-sales matters.
Customer Service & Communication:
Handle incoming calls and enquiries from corporate customers.
- Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintain good rapport with our in-house departments, suppliers, and end-users by enjoying interacting and communicating with people.
Administrative & Inventory Management:
Maintain service items inventory control and order parts.
- Maintain proper records for billing purposes.
- Ensure neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system.
- Handle any ad hoc administrative requirements assigned by the Manager.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer or related studies.
- Preferably with at least 1–2 years of working experience in a related administrative or IT support field.
Skills & Attributes:
Possesses good communication skills and is able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- IT knowledge is preferred.
