Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop/end‑user support (hardware & software).
  • Break‑fix troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and business‑critical systems.
  • Software support: Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, VPN.
  • Clone, reimage, or install Windows OS; perform data migration and PC deployment.
  • Onsite staging/configuration for laptops; test & commission equipment.
  • UAT & documentation of system setups for customer reference.
  • Act as backfill support for fixed sites (no travelling between multiple sites daily).

Requirements
  • ITE Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT/IS/Computer Science or related.
  • At least 1 year of desktop support experience.
  • Hands‑on in hardware & software troubleshooting, Windows OS, MS Office.
  • Familiar with software installation, patches, and updates.
  • Good communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • Positive learning attitude and able to work independently.
