We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event and Partnerships Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of strategic events and partnerships. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and collaborators Key Responsibilities Event Strategies and Management · Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events (e.g., conferences, product launches, networking sessions, internal events · Manage end-to-end event logistics including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution · Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement · Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights Partnership Development · Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with business goals · Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders · Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts · Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to activate and optimize partnerships · Serve as the main liaison with partners to co-create and execute branded activations Cross-functional Collaboration · Work closely with marketing, communications, front-office teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding · Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract management and budget approvals · Support business development initiatives through partner engagement and event platforms Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field · 5 years of experience in event management, partnership development, or related roles · Strong project management and organizational skills · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities · Strong vendor and partner management skills · Confidence in client-facing settings · Experience engaging with affluent or accredited-investor segments preferred Due to our limited capacity, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
