Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
- To acquire, grow and develop relationships with SME customers
- To proactively manage, supervise and monitor the SME accounts under your care
- To understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable solution to meet customers' needs
- To deliver sound credit underwriting recommendation in line with the company credit policies
- To lead a team of Relationship Managers for those candidates with more experience and will assume Assistant Manager or Manager role
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or in sales is required for the position as Relationship Manager.
- Candidate with less than 1 year of experience will be considered as entry level
- Candidates with more than 3 years experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Manager role
- Singaporean Preferred
- Candidate which requires work passes need not apply
