What Would You Do

Job Description

We're looking for a driven and personable Relationship Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by achieving monthly sales targets through consultative selling, relationship-building, and effective deal closure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly individual sales targets
  • Contact prospective customers and secure appointments
  • Conduct one-to-one consultations and confidently close sales
  • Manage and nurture leads through our database and client network
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, including high-profile individuals
  • Handle sales-related administrative tasks to support your performance

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven consultative sales experience, with a strong performance record
  • Goal-driven, confident, and motivated by results
  • Professional and polished communication skills - comfortable enggaing upscale clientele
  • Energetic, resilient and able to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficient in English and at least one other language
  • A genuine passion for helping others and an interest in lifestyle or dating industry
