• Plan, organise, and execute impactful events such as career fairs, workshops, seminars, both in-person and online, to facilitate exploration, networking, information sharing, soft skills development, and job search preparation.
• Manage a dedicated team of career services professionals to ensure high-quality individual guidance for students and graduates on topics such as CV writing, cover letters, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
• Support the ongoing direction of the office by staying informed about industry trends and best practices in career services to drive continuous improvement in programme delivery.
• Develop data-driven strategies to enhance the university's performance in key metrics such as salary outcomes, employment rates, survey results, and national or international rankings.
• Oversee budgetary planning for the department to ensure effective allocation of resources towards impactful programmes and initiatives.
