About the role

Sapphire Maids Employment Agency Pte Ltd (EA Licence No. 25C2987) is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Agency Personnel (CEI Certified) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Singapore operations, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting and placing quality domestic helpers to meet the needs of our clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the thriving recruitment industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively source and screen potential domestic helpers to build a robust talent pipeline
  2. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and match the right domestic helper to their needs
  4. Coordinate the onboarding and placement process to ensure a smooth transition
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and domestic helpers
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and candidate experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or placement role, ideally within the domestic helper industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a high-volume workload
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using recruitment-related software
  5. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  7. CEI certification is a must-have for this role
