Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with wholesale partners (department stores, distributors) and e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok).
  • Develop seasonal assortment and sales plans, ensuring stock availability and sell-through.
  • Execute promotions and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and propose strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in wholesale, e-commerce, or key account management, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable with forecasting and reporting.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
