Motivé(e) vous avez envie de gagner en expérience au sein de l'un des leaders mondiaux de la logistique. Découvrez le métier de Chef d'Equipe HUB sous un nouveau jour en participant au transport de nos colis par la route, les airs ou les mers dans plus de 220 territoires dans le monde

Dans le cadre de ce contrat d'alternance, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Chef d'équipe et intervenez sur différents sujets sur notre site d'Evry (91).

Quelles sont les missions qui se cachent derrière le poste ?

  • Back-up du Chef d'Equipe, vous supervisez et coordonnez les opérations du centre en optimisant les ressources humaines et techniques
  • Vous assurez la gestion et le suivi des équipes
  • Vous proposez différentes hypothèses pour optimiser les opérations, améliorer les outils et faciliter le quotidien de nos collaborateurs
  • Vous suivez nos indicateurs qualité, safety et financier afin de garantir la viabilité du service,
  • Vous anticipez les problématiques impactant les zones d'opérations. Vous pouvez par exemple relever tous les mauvais conditionnements ou mauvais étiquetages de colis afin de réduire les problèmes de livraisons.

D'autres missions pourront vous être confiées au cours du contrat en accord avec votre projet de fin d'études.

Votre profil : sommes-nous fait pour s'entendre ?

  • Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5 en transport ou logistique
  • Vous avez un excellent esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, vous êtes force de proposition, vous êtes un bon communicant et êtes très organisé(e)
  • Vous trouvez des solutions par vous-même, et mieux encore : vous savez les partager avec vos collègues pour les réaliser
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, les chiffres, and you speak english very well

Il s'agit d'un contrat d'alternance, avec des horaires de 10h00 – 17h30 avec 30 min de pause
