The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our CEO. A key aspect of this role will be assisting in the research, drafting, and implementation of company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring clarity, compliance, and efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy & SOP Development:
-
Collaborate with the CEO and relevant department heads to identify areas requiring new or updated policies and SOPs.

Conduct research on best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to policy development.

Draft, review, and edit comprehensive and clear company policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-
Ensure all drafted documents are well-structured, easy to understand, and align with company objectives.

Assist in the communication and dissemination of new or revised policies/SOPs to relevant stakeholders.
-
Maintain a centralized repository of all official company policies and SOPs.

Project Coordination:
-
Assist the CEO in tracking progress of key projects and initiatives.
-
Coordinate with various departments to gather information and facilitate project flow.

Prepare project summaries and updates for the CEO

Qualifications:
-
8 years in operations management with a strong focus on writing processes.
-
Excellent writing skills and experience creating SOPs in Microsoft Word.

Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
-
A proactive approach to improving processes.
-
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Excellent attention to detail.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
