Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals like you to join our team as Fitness Instructors.

Key Information:

  • Working Hours: 1415 to 2215
  • Working Location: West, North, Central

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all users of the gym and advise all users on the proper usage of exercise equipment.
  • Housekeeping of gym, such as returning equipment to store, arranging exercise mats, benches, etc.
  • Act in a professional manner and in accordance with the rules and guidelines set forth.
  • Conduct fitness and exercise programmes such as stretching, fitness training and weight training programmes.
  • Ensure the safety of all our guests, including gym users.
  • When required, work in a team to perform rescue and resuscitation based on established emergency action plan and alerting the Company of emergency before attempting any rescue.

Requirements

  • Possess relevant fitness trainer certification, Fitness Instructor Course (FIC), ACE (CPT) or equivalent
  • Possess a valid CPR/AED and Standard First-Aid certification
  • Comfortable with irregular breaks
  • Able to stand for long hours
  • Well-disciplined, customer orientated and punctual
