
Executive Associate, Nursing Administration

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and roster planning support to nurse leaders using rostering software and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Manage department documents and office supplies, ensuring organized and complete electronic and paper records.
- Assist with shift claims, data reporting, and statistical tracking to support operational needs.
- Handle communication with internal and external departments for coordination and logistics.
- Support non-clinical operations such as strategic planning, budgeting, resource tracking, staff recruitment, and training coordination.
- Maintain and update databases for nursing training records, including submission to regulatory bodies.
- Provide secretarial support for departmental meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, minute-taking, and coordination of follow-ups.
- Participate in hospital-wide and department-led events and initiatives, and mentor junior staff and new hires.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with rostering or HR systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise across teams.
- Capable of multitasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
