About the role

As the Sales & Marketing Manager at RS Photography, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will focus on developing and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company's brand presence.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage CRM systems and lead pipelines to optimize client conversion
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate with photography teams to align service offerings with client expectations
  • Build strategic partnerships with event planners, venues, and corporate clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly sales reports
  • Support onsite events and photoshoots to enhance client experience and upsell services

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably within the photography industry
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
  5. Proficient in data analysis and the use of CRM and marketing automation tools
  6. Thorough understanding of the photography industry and current market trends
  7. Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
