HR cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.
- Prepare and submit statutory documents and all employer-related claims (NS makeup pay claims, GPML, GPCL, IR8A, IR21 etc)
- Attending government and agencies surveys & submission of grants.
- Monitor company lorry season parking, road tax and insurance.
- Assists on ISO audit.
- Handle general office administrative duties
Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' level or LCCI or equivalent in accounting faculty
- Preferably 2-3 experience working in Construction Industry
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as require to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Clients
