Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships and achieving sales targets for our logistics and manpower services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and secure new business clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations and reports
Compensation Plan
  • This position is commission-based .
  • Attractive commission structure based on individual performance and revenue generated.
  • Basic allowance or retainer may be provided for the right candidate (optional).
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
