Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the audit team (2 pax) in conducting audits across assigned areas.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance on audit methodologies and tools.
  • Develop and execute the annual audit plan, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
  • Conduct risk-based audits to assess internal controls' effectiveness and adequacy.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize audit reports, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Perform risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and create process flowcharts.
  • Design and perform test procedures, documenting and communicating findings effectively.
  • Support risk-based audit plan coordination and management letter drafting.
  • Collaborate with departments to secure resources for audits and evaluations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to auditees and regional audit heads.
  • Contribute to the annual budget planning and monitor expenditures.
  • Identify risks, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities with actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to verify implementation of recommendations.

Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualifications. CPA, ACCA, CIA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in internal/external audit, risk management, or fraud investigation, with 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in retail internal auditing, J-SOX evaluations, and support center audits.
  • Proficient in presenting audit findings clearly via reports and presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
