Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage GRC initiatives including ISO 27001, SOX ITGC, NIST CSF, CIS CSC, and internal security programs; ensure regulatory compliance and drive security awareness across the organization.
  • Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability management, and reviews of IT assets; communicate risks and remediation plans to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop, review, and enhance security policies, ISMS framework, and technology compliance processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Min. 9 years in security governance, risk, compliance, and audit, with exposure to IT/security operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27000, SOX, NIST CSF, CIS CSC, especially in manufacturing settings.
  • Experienced in leading SOX ITGC, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Effective communicator with global, cross-functional team experience.
  • Relevant degree; CISSP, CISA, or CRISC preferred.
