Job Scope:

1. Logistics Assistant

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery orders, and inventory records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Track shipments and update delivery status to relevant parties.
  • Support warehouse activities such as stock checking, labeling, and organizing materials.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Report any delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Candidate with relevant of working experience is welcome to apply

2. Logistics Coordinator

  • Perform day-to-day physical warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
  • Assist in warehouse planning and layout optimization to ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Manage and maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.
  • Operate and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.
  • Analyze warehouse processes from receiving and handling to distribution and storage — to identify areas for improvement.
  • Update and maintain data accurately in Microsoft Excel.
  • Report any maintenance, improvement, or repair requirements to the superior promptly.
  • Notify the superior of any warehouse incidents or irregularities.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and ISO standards at all times.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O level qualification and above
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel
