About the Role:

WOOK (WOOK PTE.LTD.) is seeking a BCA-certified Technical Controller (TC) to be appointed under our BCA Builder's Licence (Class 2) application. The TC will oversee and ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards for our interior fit-out and renovation projects in Singapore..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the company's appointed Technical Controller (TC) for the BCA Builder's Licence.
  • Oversee project works to ensure compliance with BCA regulations, approved drawings, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and progress.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project managers on all technical and regulatory matters.
  • Review and verify construction documentation, inspection reports, and quality control records.
  • Support internal project teams on technical compliance and best construction practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Building, Construction, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Must be eligible for appointment as a Technical Controller (TC) under BCA Builder's Licence (Class 2).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction or site supervision experience, preferably in interior fit-out or A&A works.
  • Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, safety management, and quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a small team environment.
