Responsibilities

Technical

  • Conduct technical evaluation
  • Conduct maintenance, full service as well as replacement of timepiece mechanism according to prescribed guidelines/compliance
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Quality control for pre-sale and repaired pieces
  • Collaboration with workshop and admin, working towards service excellence delivery

    Supporting Workshop Supervisor with daily functions

Equipment Maintenance

  • Upkeep of personal tools and general test equipment
  • Accountable for spare-parts and personal tools usage
  • Ensure cleanliness of personal workbenches as well as workshop environment
  • Adhering to duty roster as planned by Workshop Supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified Watchmaker, preferably in a luxury watch brand environment
  • Proven expertise in the full range of watch repair and servicing techniques, including disassembly, cleaning, adjustment, and reassembly
  • Excellent knowledge of horological mechanics
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex watch-related issues
  • Strong attention to detail, dexterity, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
