Business Development Executive.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to formulate strategies that enhance the client's experience with the agency, ultimately maximizing client retention and contributing to the development of a profitable and sustainable business. Your responsibilities will include (a) effectively and efficiently managing the Client Services team and (b) overseeing and driving initiatives aimed at improving strategies to better serve the evolving needs of our customers.

You will:

  • Drive new business development using seasoned sales techniques, catering to both new and existing clients.
  • Guidance to the agency team to secure wins in pitches, leveraging strong client knowledge and insights.
  • Champion strategies and ideas for integrated campaigns spanning brand, advertising, content, social, digital.
  • Actively develop and manage company sales targets.
  • Inspire and influence clients, creative teams, and project members.
  • Oversee project management for team members, ensuring effective coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and competitive movements in the industry.
  • Drive marketing planning and implementation for the company.
  • Co-steer the agency's business and cultural directions in collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences Required

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or of related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years marketing experience within agency
  • Prefers boutique advertising agency or brand consultancy experience
  • Experienced in agency operations and workflow
  • Experienced in leading and guiding a team
  • Knowledgeable in sustainability practices in marketing and beyond and is keen to deploy initiatives for client
  • Strong account planning and management skills
  • Able to manage sales targets and marketing budgets
  • Write, speak and express yourself like a pro
  • Positive personality, creative and collaborative
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
