We are looking for a Senior Manager, Events (Weddings), to join our team

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and social events.
  • Drive wedding sales and business development, including proposals, contracts, and client engagement.
  • Organize and oversee signature wedding fairs and showroom setups to showcase our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Banquet, Kitchen, Front Office) and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on wedding packages, menus, and hotel services.
  • Maintain and grow a robust wedding client database to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay ahead of wedding trends and market insights to develop innovative and saleable wedding products.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, financial policies, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding or social event management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – fluent in English and conversant in the local language.
  • Degree holder with solid knowledge of sales, event operations, and hospitality systems.
  • Creative, proactive, and a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and manage multiple events simultaneously.
