About the role
Curious Creatures Studio Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and performance-based incentives, as well as the opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing company in the jewelry and retail industry.
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs
- Learn and perform welding and engraving techniques as part of in-store services
- Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
- Restocking and replenishing merchandise as required
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the business
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the retail and consumer products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
