[What you will be working on]

  • Leverage HR tools and technologies, including generative AI, to automate routine tasks, generate insights, and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR departments to implement process improvements and technology solutions, e.g. identifying automation opportunities and incorporating case management tools into their workflow.
  • Partner teams to understand requirements and conduct data analysis for HR surveys, staff feedback, etc.
