Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and oversee our warehouse operations in Kaki Bukit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and contributing to a smooth and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

* Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all warehouse documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and inventory records.

* Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and cycle counts.

* Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

* Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.

* Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

* Supervise and guide warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

* Identify and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies promptly.

* Assist in the implementation and improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.

* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Minimum of a Diploma holder

* Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.

* Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft outlook).

* Ability to handle physical tasks as required.
