Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle front-desk duties including attending to visitors, students, and parents.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and school communications.
Facilities & Logistics
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services for school premises.
- Support the scheduling and setup of classrooms, halls, and meeting rooms.
- Manage inventory of school equipment, stationery, and supplies, including procurement when necessary.
Event & Activity Support
- Provide logistical support for school events, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
- Assist in organising field trips, assemblies, and special programmes.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and security guidelines.
- Act as a liaison with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Other Duties
- Any other tasks assigned by the School Principal or Operations Manager to support the school's smooth functioning.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in a school or educational setting, is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT systems.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
