Facility Technician

Responsibilities

  • To carry out daily checks on facility & security equipment and fill up relevant checklists.

  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly Facility Reports.

  • Prepare and submit scheduled verification / calibration reports.

  • Monitor licenses and cleanroom certification expiry and arrange for renewal.

  • To perform PM and troubleshooting on facility & security equipment as per schedule.

  • Attend to defects and breakdowns as reported by end user.

  • To liaise and supervise servicing works performed by external service providers.

  • Revise and update Work Instructions & Procedures.

  • Participate in annual budgeting exercise and facilities improvement project.

  • Participate in Companys Emergency Response team (CERT) and WSH activities.

  • Comply with all Quality, EHS, and Security policies and procedures of the Company.

Requirements

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC in Facility Management/Green Building Technology.

  • Must have 3-5 years of facility management in manufacturing industry.

  • Good Microsoft Office Skills.

  • Comfortable with office hours arrangement.
