Job Description

Inventory Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain stock inventory reports (e.g., stock turnover rate) and monitor market sales trends.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to gather feedback on high-demand products and slow movers.
  • Track competitors' merchandising strategies and recommend adjustments to remain competitive.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of inventory reports; develop new reporting tools as needed.
  • Conduct stock analysis per point of sale to ensure optimal product representation based on availability.
  • Regularly update advanced sales planning templates for the retail team.

Stock Inventory Management

  • Monitor and analyze weekly product deliveries from headquarters versus allocation plans
  • Prepare and manage shipment splits and distribution to retail and wholesale channels
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in product distribution and implement solutions
  • Track stock aging and work with management to develop action plans
  • Monitor quality check pieces and arrange returns for repair when necessary
  • Recommend stock rotation across locations monthly
  • Propose stock returns for credit when required
  • Oversee stock maintenance activities

Other Responsibilities

  • Support brand teams in selecting products for press, events, and exhibitions
  • Coordinate with sales administration teams on deliveries and product requests to support monthly planning

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of merchandising management experience, ideally in luxury products, jewelry, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related discipline preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical skills with experience in market research and sales data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of systems such as Power BI, Cognos, M3, and Salesforce is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and multi-tasking skills
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asia business operations is a plus
  • Client-centric mindset with expertise in knowledge transfer
