Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of International Franchising & Wholesale to achieve International Franchise Dept sales target and business plan
  • Diligently analyze Franchise sales data, market trends and franchisee retail sell through data to take appropriate merchandise actions to help achieve franchise market's potential
  • Support franchise market and ensure the achievement of Franchisee's committed business plan, yearly sales and TEST target, yearly/ seasonal OTB and retail sales target
  • Analyze, propose and implement replenishment for franchisee throughout the seasons with appropriate repeat orders
  • Work with both franchise partners, regional and Singapore Merchandising team to ensure appropriate collection/ product selection, sizing profile/ curve and price positioning for each franchise markets
  • Lead and coordinate Seasonal Franchise Buying Meeting, working with regional and Singapore Merchandising team to ensure all sales target, OTB and seasonal line/ SKU selection are achieved with collection proposal
  • Lead and ensure buying/ ordering process with detail seasonal order summary and monthly shipment forecast by franchise markets
  • Lead and coordinate effective franchise order fulfilment process including invoicing, PO issuances, shipment/ logistic arrangement, franchise prepacking arrangement, barcoding and payment advise/fulfilment accordingly to approved franchise terms in timely manner with all stakeholders
  • Lead, propose and coordinate tactical offering, claims processing and marketing activities to franchise business including Credit / Debit Notes processing
  • Responsible for Franchise Reporting. Coordinate with various internal and franchise stakeholders in data/info collection, analysis and reporting
  • Build positive relationships with franchise partners and explore any business enhancing opportunities not limiting to franchise collection/ products

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Merchandising/Fashion Design/Retail
  • At least 2 - 3 years relevant experience in retail industry
  • Good communication skills across all levels
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and analyses
  • Experienced Merchandiser are welcome to apply
  • Remuneration package will be based on experience
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice
