Merchandising Specialist

Are you passionate about fashion and retail? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buying Assistant to support our buying team in delivering the latest trends and exceptional product assortments. Join us and be a key player in shaping our store offerings and driving sales

Key Responsibilities

·       Assist in the entire buying cycle, including order placement, system uploads, delivery coordination, and quality checks to ensure product excellence.

·       Monitor sell-through rates and evaluate supplier performance to optimize inventory management.

·       Support seasonal planning activities, including setting sales targets, determining markdowns, and developing pricing strategies.

·       Collaborate with store teams to gather product feedback and assist in assortment planning to meet customer preferences.

·       Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of products from suppliers to store shelves.

·       Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform buying decisions.

·       Communicate regularly with vendors regarding performance, market insights, and upcoming collections.

Requirements

·       Degree in Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, or a related field.

· –2 years of buying or merchandising experience within the fashion retail industry.

·       Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.

·       Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

·       A genuine passion for fashion, proactive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
