Responsibilities

  1. End-to-End Trade Processing

  2. Handle the entire trade lifecycle of bond and repo trades—from trade input and validation to settlement and post-trade activities.

  3. Ensure each step is completed accurately and on time.

  4. Trade Validation

  5. Cross-check trade details against source documents.

  6. Use financial systems like Murex and/or Front Arena (both are trading/portfolio management platforms used by banks).

  7. Pre-Settlement Activities

  8. Confirm trade details with counterparties before settlement.

  9. Address discrepancies before trades are finalized.

  10. Stakeholder Coordination

  11. Work with various internal departments (e.g., GFM branches, CBG, WMO).

  12. Communicate with external parties (e.g., depositories) to ensure trade settlement.

  13. Regulatory and Internal Compliance

  14. Make sure all activities follow banking regulations and internal policies.
