Job Description:

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate Sales and Purchase Contracts.
  • Handle trade finance instruments including Import/Export Letters of Credit (LC), Trust Receipts (TR), Freight Loans, Export LC (ELC), and discounting.
  • Apply for and manage LCs and amendments (including Master LCs).
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices and export documentation for banks or clients.
  • Oversee and monitor import payments and export receipts, including all remittance-related tasks.
  • Work closely with banks to manage remittance operations and resolve related issues.
  • Monitor and update banks' facility limits and utilization.
  • Support daily and weekly cash flow tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, financial institutions, ship owners, and brokers.
  • Ensure proper utilization and control of credit facilities.
  • Assist in the application and review of new banking facilities.
  • Address bankers' inquiries related to the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing of all trade transactions.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, ideally within the energy or commodities sector.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, mature, and self-motivated team player.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
