As a Specialist (Finance Ops & Analysis), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Covers both Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable (AP) and Financial Planning & Analysis.

  • Involved in ensuring that SAP (the financial system) works seamlessly. V alidating data inputs, testing new systems or updates, and ensuring that everything aligns with the finance team's needs.

  • Making sure that the financial data across various systems (SAP, AR/AP, FP&A) is consistent and accurate.

  • Helping to ensure that all systems and processes are ready before they go live.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing invoices. Verifying details, ensuring they are entered into the system correctly, and confirming payments.

  • Ensuring outstanding invoices are paid by customers or resolving any payment issues.
  • Aligning financial records from different sources and ensuring accuracy.

  • Supporting the month-end closing activities, making sure all transactions are properly recorded and reported.

  • Helping prepare financial summaries for senior management to inform decision-making.

  • Analyzing financial performance, trends, and variances, helping the company better understand its financial position.

  • Supporting budgeting efforts, tracking budget vs. actual performance, and making adjustments as needed.

  • Point of contact for resolving any finance-related queries from both internal teams and external vendors, customers, or other stakeholders.

  • Timely resolution of issues is key, ensuring smooth operations and avoiding delays.

  • As the organization transitions to new systems or tools (like SAP), you'll help refine processes, create documentation for new procedures, and ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in relevant course of studies.
  • Hands on experiences with SAP or other ERP/ reporting system implementing projects.
