Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on essential building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting
- Quickly address maintenance concerns to reduce downtime and ensure safety
- Operate and monitor the building management systems (BMS) to confirm that mechanical and electrical systems are functioning correctly
- Regularly inspect equipment, such as forklifts and VNAs, report any irregularities, and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance work and repairs
- Perform routine safety audits and emergency response drills
- Support the overall maintenance of the facility, including tasks like painting, carpentry, and small-scale construction projects
- Liaise with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations when required
- Handle emergency maintenance calls promptly
- Manage an inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies
- Procure and store essential replacement parts as required
- Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, equipment logs, and repairs conducted
- Generate reports detailing the condition of the facility and maintenance activities undertaken
Requirements
- Min. ITE in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Mechanical
- Min. 3 year of experience in related field, having experience in lift maintenance is a plus
- Skilled in operating and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Comfortable working outdoors which may involve exposure to various weather conditions
- Periodic maintenance duties at the headquarters may be required
- Must have Class 3 driving license for vehicle testing
