Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Oversee product marketing, telesales, online and social media marketing, and branding for new products.

  • Organize product launch events, acquire new customers, and develop comprehensive marketing materials to support product initiatives.

  • Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.

  • Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and sales tools to present business development opportunities to management.

  • Establish and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database to track and nurture customer interactions.

  • Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop strategic roadmaps and sales strategies for securing new business.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through various communication channels, including personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, and emails.

  • Foster long-term customer relationships to drive future business growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any field (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications).

  • 2-3 years of sales/marketing experience in any industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and any other marketing/CRM tools.
