About the role

DSO - Danny Susanto Organization is seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic team based in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in sourcing and screening top talent to support the growth of our diverse client base. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering a seamless candidate experience, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the fast-paced world of recruitment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively source and screen high-quality candidates to fill open roles.
  2. Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit
  3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer and onboarding

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively
  3. Demonstrable success in sourcing, screening and placing high-calibre candidates
  4. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Knowledge of the local job market and talent landscape, particularly in the Central Region
  6. SINGAPOREANS or anyone with legal work status.
  7. Able to start work immediately.
