Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and important personnel within client organizations to gather information and secure business deals.
  • Coordinate and participate in regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Meet personal sales targets and/or team KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends.
  • Assess sales performance periodically against annual goals and develop corrective strategies if performance falls short.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in Sales Hunting within the Sea Freight sector, preferably in logistics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
