We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our manufacturing plant in Joo Koon.

Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet output, cost, and quality goals.

Staff Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate plant supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure operations meet all safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards, conducting regular inspections and training.

Budget & Cost Control:

Manage and control printing operational budgets, analyzing costs to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

Continuous Improvement:

Lead and implement strategies for continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and adopting new technologies.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure printed materials meet customer expectations and standards.

  • Knowledge of printing production processes, safety regulations (like OSHA), and quality control.

Typical Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • More than 10 years of management experience in manufacturing or print production leadership roles.
