North Region, Singapore Private Advertiser Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking for an experienced and motivated candidate to lead our Singapore HR team and to provide guidance to our overseas HR team members.

What you'll be doing:

Recruitment

· Handle the end to end recruitment process for middle level Management and above

· Oversight on the recruitment process managed by the HR team members for other positions

· Explore and identify relevant and suitable recruitment platforms to our talent acquisition needs

· Partner with business leaders to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies

Compensation and Benefits/ Payroll

· Champion the C&B review on relevance to the market trends

· Monthly review on the accuracy and timeliness of regional payroll processing

· Oversight into the annual performance evaluation for the respective regions

· Review of staff related insurance

Employee Relation and Compliance

· Serves as a trusted advisor to employees and business leaders on HR related matters

· Addressing grievances and handling of disciplinary matters

· Manage onboarding and offboarding process

· Identify, review and plan training requirements to maintain relevance of the workforce

· Annual review on compliance with statutory requirements for the respective regions

· Annual review of the HR policy for necessary alignment on compliance and relevance.

Manager

· Manage the Singapore HR team

· Provide guidance to the regional HR team members

· Annual review and recommendation of improvements to the existing HR system and P files

· Perform any other duties or special projects as may be required from time to time

What you'll need:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience with at least 2 – 3 years in supervisory position.
  • Well versed in Singapore labor law and HR practices
