This is a 12-months contract assigned to our MNC client
Salary Range: $5,000-$6,000
MUST HAVE: AWS Microsoft Windows Server Administration
**Job Description**:
Be part of the Application Maintenance Team (TA / Infra).
Provide technical system support to the various internal team who encounters system issue in development, UAT, and PROD environment.
Provide analysis and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure / TA related issues.
Provide resolution / workaround to issues and problems reported.
Liaising with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.
Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.
Ensure service level agreements are met and escalate whenever required.
Participate in Quality and Audit Reviews
Responsible for the production of monthly and quarterly Service Management reporting on IO Services
Provide regular status report on assigned tasks to the Service Manager
Ensure that the technical documentation are updated and reviewed timely
Involve in quarterly or bi-yearly capacity planning and system performance review
Perform monthly review or system logs (warning and errors) and resolution where required
Coordinate with internal and external team for weekly code migration to UAT and live environment and coordinate testing after deployment is performed.
