Description:
- Responsible for the overall programme of works, providing oversight and management of all software/IT project activities, working closely with higher management, programme stakeholders and external parties
- Responsible in sales activity, marketing and proposals preparation in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Responsible for negotiating, drafting, administering, interpreting, and amending a range of contracts as well as agreements.
- Ensure that the programmes being managed are aligned with the company's policies, commitments and goals
- Ensure that software/IT projects are delivered on time, within the scope
- Develop, coordinate and communicate the programme management plan
- Develop and manage the programme budget
- Manage customers' requirements and expectations
- Analyse programme risks and develop the necessary risk mitigation plans
Requirements:
- Good project management skills, with ability to manage one or more projects concurrently
- Good understanding of agile metodologies, SDLC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectively
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good knowledge of Software automation and/or Data Science will be an added advantage
- Experience in the Aerospace industry and/ or good knowledge of Defence Industry will be an added advantage
