About the role

We are seeking a NPI Programme Manager to join our dynamic team at Orient Technology (S) Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of new product introduction (NPI) projects. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive the timely delivery of innovative products and solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the end-to-end NPI process, from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to achieve NPI milestones
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the NPI lifecycle
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional team meetings, driving alignment and effective communication across departments
  • Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting to key stakeholders
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve NPI processes and drive operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a programme or project management role, preferably within the technology or electronics industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex NPI projects from concept to launch
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, technology, or business management
