Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee timely month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Review journal entries, AP/ AR transactions, and consolidation reports.
  • Prepare group consolidation and statutory accounts in line with SFRS standards.
  • Manage SGX reporting, forecasts, and year-end audit requirements.
  • Conduct analytical review of subsidiaries' financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle transfer pricing matters and related activities.
  • Support internal reporting to management and the Board.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role with group consolidation experience, preferably from the real estate or property development industry
  • Prior experience working in a SGX-listed company will be an added advantage
  • Candidate with short notice or immediate availability will be advantageous
